Ingredients:
12 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime
Angostura bitters
7 ounces - club soda
4 teaspoons - Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar
1 1/2 ounces - Light-Dry Rum
Mint Sprigs for garnish

Preparation:
Place mint leaves and lime in a Collins glass. Crush well. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and sugar. Fill glass with ice, add Bacardi Rum and club soda and stir well. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
