Ingredients:
Marinade:
2 Tbsp - soy sauce
2 Tbsp - hoison sauce
2 Tbsp - fresh lime juice
¼ cup - Florida Crystals® Certified Organic Sugar
3 - green onions, sliced thin
½ tsp - red pepper flakes
2 - cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp - grated fresh ginger

4 - swordfish steaks

Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix all marinade ingredients together. Place swordfish steaks in a pan or dish. Pour marinade over fish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Grill swordfish over medium-hot coals, turning once, until opaque throughout, about 6 minutes per side, basting with marinade often. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
