Ingredients:
2 quarts - fresh apple cider
8 - cinnamon sticks
½ tsp - whole cloves
1/8 tsp - ground allspice
¼ cup - Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar
Peel of 1 lemon (yellow part only)

Mixture to garnish glasses:
Juice of one lemon
Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar

Preparation:
Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

To frost or rim your mugs: Place lemon juice into a small bowl. Dip the rims of the 8 mugs into the lemon juice then into a dish of Florida Crystals® Sugar. Strain cider into mugs. Place cinnamon stick into each glass to garnish. Serve immediately.
