Grilled Nectarines & Raspberries

Ingredients:
4 ripe nectarines
¼ cup - melted butter
½ cup - Florida Crystals® Natural Cane Sugar
1 package frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
1 pint - vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
Cut nectarines in half and remove pits. Slice each half into thick wedges. Brush wedges with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Place wedges in serving dish and top with a portion of frozen raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Serving Quantity: 3 to 4


Quick Tip:
This recipe also works well with plums and peaches. Always use the freshest fruit available.
