Broiled Chinese-Style Tilapia

¼ tsp - hot red pepper sauce
4 - tilapia fillets (4 to 5 oz each) (or snapper, catfish, etc)
6 cups - salad greens

For the Soy Sesame Dressing:
1 Tbsp - low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp - rice wine vinegar
1½ tsp - Florida Crystals® Milled Cane Sugar
½ tsp - sesame oil
2 tsp - toasted sesame seeds.

For the marinade:
2 Tbsp - low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp - sesame oil
2 Tbsp - molasses
3 Tbsp - hoisin sauce
1 clove - garlic, minced
Grated zest of ½ orange
1 tsp - ground coriander
½ tsp - ground cumin

For the Soy Sesame Dressing:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, set aside. In a separate bowl, combine all of the marinade ingredients.

Brush this mixture evenly over the fish fillets. Place fillets on greased baking pan and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours. Preheat broiler and broil the fish for about 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes.Remove the fish and serve accompanied by the salad greens which have been tossed with the Soy-Sesame Dressing.
