Ingredients:
2 Tbsp - butter
1/4 cup - Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar
1/8 tsp - ground ginger
1/8 tsp - almond extract
1 Tbsp - Amaretto liqueur
2 large or 3 medium peaches, peeled, pits removed, cut in wedges
4 servings vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
In a skillet, over medium-low heat, melt the butter with the Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar, ginger, extract and liqueur. When mixture is bubbling and syrupy, add the peaches. Continue to cook until the peaches begin to soften, about 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon hot peaches and syrup over ice cream.
