Ingredients:
1 lb - cream cheese, softened
¾ cup - Florida Crystals® Milled Cane Sugar
2 - eggs
1 tsp - vanilla extract
2 Tbsp - water
½ pint - raspberries, gently washed and patted dry
2 to 3 Tbsp - Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Either by hand or with a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Florida Crystals® Milled Cane Sugar and vanilla and mix until well incorporated. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each until incorporated and scraping the bowl as needed. Mix in the vanilla and water. Blend until smooth.

Portion the raspberries between 6 to 8 small oven-proof dessert dishes. Spoon cheese filling over raspberries. Bake in the oven until filling is set, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate until needed.

When ready to serve, preheat broiler and sprinkle each dessert evenly with 1 to 1½ teaspoons of Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar. Place desserts under the broiler until sugar begins to bubble and brown. Be careful not to burn. Remove from broiler and allow to cool a minute or two before serving.
