Mocha Sorbet

Ingredients:
½ cup - unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup - Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar
1 cup - strong brewed coffee
2 cups - water
2 tbsp. - dark rum

Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, mix cocoa powder and Florida Crystals® Demerara Sugar. Slowly stir in coffee and water. Stir over medium low heat until it reaches a simmer.

Simmer 5 minutes then remove from heat. Cool to room temperature. Add rum, then pour into ice cream freezer or freeze overnight.

Serving Quantity: 7 to 8
