Ingredients:
4 cups - Florida Crystals® 1001 Cookie Mix (see Quick Tip below)
1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
1 - egg
Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets.

Mix together in large bowl all ingredients except sugar. Divide dough in half. Cover and chill 1 hour or until dough is easy to handle.

Roll dough, half at a time on floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Arrange cutouts 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle with Organic Cane Sugar.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not brown. Cool on wire rack. Decorate as desired.

Makes 4 dozen.
