Nutty Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
1 (1-lb.) pkg. - Florida Crystals® Organic Powdered Sugar (approx. 3 3/4 cups)
1/2 cup - unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup - butter or margarine
1/4 cup - evaporated milk
1 teaspoon - vanilla
1/4 teaspoon - salt
1/2 cup - chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation:
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients except nuts in medium heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy, 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Cool completely. Cut in squares.

Makes 2 dozen pieces.
