Ingredients:
1 cup - heavy cream
2 tablespoons - Florida Crystals® Organic Light Agave Nectar
1/4 teaspoon - vanilla extract

Preparation:
Combine cream, agave and vanilla in a chilled, medium bowl. With an electric mixer at high speed, beat until stiff peaks form, and mixture begins to increase in volume. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Quick Tip:
Do not overmix. It will cause the cream to clump and turn to sweet butter.
