Ingredients
For the cake
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¾ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Light Brown Sugar
- 4 large Eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup Whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 ½ teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
For the glaze
- 2 cups Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Powdered Sugar
- 4-6 tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter and flour one 10-cup Bundt pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the butter and Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Light Brown Sugar at medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Scape the sides of the bowl as needed. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until well combined. Add vanilla.
Step 4
Alternately, add the flour mixture and milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Beat at low speed until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes. Carefully invert the cake onto a serving platter. Cool completely.
Step 6
While the cake is cooling down, prepare the glaze by whisking all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the cake and serve.

It is important that the ingredients are at room temperature when preparing this recipe. If the ingredients are cold, the batter may curdle.
