Sweet Mojito

12 - fresh mint leaves
1/2 - lime, juiced
Angostura bitters
4 teaspoons - Florida Crystals® Organic Cane Sugar
1 1/2 ounces - Bacardi® Light-Dry Rum
7 ounces - club soda
Mint Sprigs for garnish

Place mint leaves and lime juice in a Collins glass. Crush well. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and sugar. Fill glass with ice, add rum and club soda and stir well. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
