Grilled Nectarines & Raspberries

4 - ripe nectarines
¼ cup - melted butter
½ cup - Florida Crystals® Natural Cane Sugar
1 - package frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
1 - pint vanilla ice cream

Cut nectarines in half and remove pits. Slice each half into thick wedges. Brush wedges with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Grill over medium-low heat until nicely browned, turning once.

Place wedges in serving dish and top with a portion of raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Serving Quantity: 3 to 4

This recipe also works well with plums and peaches. Always use the freshest fruit available.
