Almond Cookie Dough Protein Bars
9 (1-inch) bars
- 1¾ cups ground oats
- 2/3 cup almond protein powder
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup Florida Crystals® Liquid Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together oats and protein powder. Stir in almond butter, liquid sugar and vanilla until well combined.
Once firm dough is achieved, add chopped chocolate.
Press the dough into the loaf pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Cut loaf into 9 (1-inch) bars.
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
