Frozen Yogurt Berry Pops
- 1/4 cup non-fat milk
- 1/3 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 2 cups mixed, unsweetened iced berries of your choice, thawed
- 1/4 cup whey protein powder
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
Heat milk until warm. Whisk sugar into milk to dissolve.
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend at high speed for 20 seconds. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour mixture into pop molds. It’s ok if some of the fruit is still chunky.
Freeze a minimum of 2 hours or until the pops release easily from the molds.
