Frozen Yogurt Berry Pops

Smooth and creamy or packed with fruit chunks, these berry froyo pops can be made to order.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 2 cups mixed, unsweetened iced berries of your choice, thawed
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat milk until warm. Whisk sugar into milk to dissolve.

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend at high speed for 20 seconds. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

Pour mixture into pop molds. It’s ok if some of the fruit is still chunky.

Freeze a minimum of 2 hours or until the pops release easily from the molds.
