Ginger Beer Paloma Cocktail

  • 1/3 cup fresh ruby red grapefruit juice (2 medium grapefruits, divided)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (1 medium lime, divided)
  • 1½ teaspoons Florida Crystals® Liquid Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1/3 cup tequila
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup ginger beer


Squeeze the juice of 1½ grapefruits into a cocktail shaker; reserve the remaining half for wedges to garnish drinks. Repeat this process for the 1/2 lime.

Add Florida Crystal® Liquid Organic Cane Sugar and tequila. Stir until well blended.

Pour salt onto a small plate.

Cut the remaining ½ lime into wedges. Use one wedge to run onto the rim of each glass and save the remaining wedges for garnish.

Invert glass and dip into salt to rim.

Pour ½ of the juice mixture into each glass. Add ginger beer and ice. Garnish with lime and grapefruit wedges.
