Mexican Coffee


4 (8 ounce) servings


  • 4 cups strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup Florida Crystals® Liquid Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • whipped cream


Combine coffee, liquid sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking to incorporate the cinnamon. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Pour into 4 (10 ounce) mugs; add 1 cinnamon stick to each mug of coffee. Top with whipped cream.
