Peaches and Cream

This is delicious as is, or served over pound cake or angel food cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Powdered Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss peaches with sugar; let stand 10 minutes.

Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in peaches; reserving 4 slices for topping.

Chill before serving. 

QUICK TIP

Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries can be substituted for peaches.
