Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
1 (8 ounce) serving
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Florida Crystals® Liquid Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream, for garnish
- shaved chocolate, for garnish
In a small saucepan, combine milk and liquid sugar. Heat on low until small bubbles form around the inside pot edge.
Whisk in cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk 1 to 2 minutes until cocoa is completely dissolved.
Pour into a mug and garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
