Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Warm up by the fire with a mug of this fall-flavored hot chocolate.


1 (8 ounce) serving


  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Florida Crystals® Liquid Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream, for garnish
  • shaved chocolate, for garnish


In a small saucepan, combine milk and liquid sugar. Heat on low until small bubbles form around the inside pot edge.  

Whisk in cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk 1 to 2 minutes until cocoa is completely dissolved.

Pour into a mug and garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
