Candied Pumpkin Seeds
Turn your pumpkin seeds into a holiday treat that no one can resist with this recipe from Marissa's Whole Life.

- ¼ cups of Coconut Oil ¼ cups of Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Raw or Toasted 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Raw or Toasted
- Florida Crystals®Organic Light Brown Raw Cane Sugar 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Florida Crystals®Organic Light Brown Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt your coconut oil in a saucepan.
In a glass bowl, add Pumpkin Seeds, melted coconut oil, Florida Crystals® Organic Light Brown Raw Cane Sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended.
Pour onto your cookie sheet with parchment paper, and bake until toasted (about 15-20 minutes). Be sure to stir every 5-10 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!
Chef's Tip
The sugar will stick to the pumpkin seeds and also stick to itself, coming out like little clusters. Adding extra sugar gives it a little extra flavor of sweet pumpkin taste to every bite of pumpkin seed.
