- 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Raw or Toasted 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Raw or Toasted
- ¼ cups of Coconut Oil ¼ cups of Coconut Oil
- Florida Crystals® Organic Brown Raw Cane Sugar 1/2 cup 1/2 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Brown Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees.
Melt your Coconut Oil in a saucepan.
In a glass bowl, add Pumpkin Seeds, melted Coconut Oil, Florida Crystals® Organic Brown Raw Cane Sugar, and Pumpkin Pie Spice. Mix until well blended.
Pour onto your cookie sheet with parchment paper, and bake until toasty (about 15-20 minutes). Be sure to stir every 5-10 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!
The Organic Brown Raw Cane Sugar will stick to the pumpkin seeds and also stick to itself, coming out like little clusters. Adding extra sugar gives it a little extra flavor of sweet pumpkin taste to every bite of pumpkin seeds.
