- 4 oz. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 4 oz. Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar ½ cups ½ cups Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 5 tbsp. of coconut oil 5 tbsp. of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
In a glass bowl, melt, for roughly 1-2 minutes, the Unsweetened Chocolate, ¼ C or 4 tbsp. of Coconut Oil and Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the chocolate mixture is well blended.
Add in Pumpkin Puree, Pumpkin Pie Spice and 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil to the Chocolate mixture. Mix well until a brownie batter texture forms.
Spread evenly onto a cookie sheet laid with parchment paper.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
Freeze until hard enough to break into bark like pieces.
