Delicious Vegan Caramel Sauce with coconut cream.
- Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar 1 cup 1 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut cream 1 cup Coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Stir often until fully melted.
Transfer the caramel sauce to a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. The next day the sauce will be thick - add in additional cinnamon as desired. Transfer to a serving dish and pair with whatever you like.
